All our products are subjected to various quality tests and are guaranteed for a period of 2 to 6 years against manufacturing defects. Check quality assurance document for each product. The guarantee shall be applied on the basis of the decreasing value of the goods. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, mishandling or improper installation. Novartix Trading S.L. is constantly improving the quality and functioning of its products, the right to modify or delete any of them without notice is reserved.

All orders over 350 € value will be sent postage paid. Lower value orders can be send by Novartix Trading SL with a surcharge on the cost in invoice. This cost will be established based on the current rate that the carrier has established with us. (450€ for Baleares and Portugal, 800€ for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

The delivery period will be between 48 and 72 hours. Although deadlines are achieved in a very high percentage, we should not forget that they are not always calculated based on controlled parameters by Novartix Trading SL, for this reason deadline compliance cannot be guarantee every time. Novartix Trading S.L. will not accept claims for damages because of delays

Payment terms will be agreed with our customers. The maturities of payments supported by any payment document legally accepted must be respected. Any payment delay would carry, with immediate effect, the annulment of all the agreed commitments.

Within the warranty period, repairing or replacement of defective materials will be made at no charge to the customer. When the guarantee be enforceable, our liability is limited to the free delivery of a new product to replace the damaged item or the full refund of the product price of the product concerned. Any other liability for damages or any other costs, fees or compensation is expressly excluded.

All returns must be previously accepted by Novartix Trading SL. Returns or shipments to Novartix Trading SL facilities, either by refund or replacement must be prepaid. Novartix Trading SL would not admit any return of custom-made materials, expressly brought items or products specifically adapted for a client. The products returned for reasons beyond Novartix Trading SL, must be in perfect conditions for its resale and be referenced in the current rate.

Novartix Trading SL will not accept claims based on the conditions of the items or errors in shipments once after 2 working days (48 hours) of its receipt.
